I didn’t start Essential Woman with a plan.
I started it because of how I felt.

After becoming a mum, something shifted.
I looked fine on the outside but felt disconnected from myself.
I was showing up for everyone else but didn’t know where I fit anymore.

I wanted more, connection, meaningful friendships, space to be me again.
But I couldn’t find it. So, I created it.

Essential Woman is the space I was searching for where women come as they are and leave feeling like themselves again.

I didn’t realise how much I needed this until I went. It’s not just an event, it’s the feeling you leave with after, lighter, more confident and connected.

Meet Jade

Founder

I created Essential Woman from a place of knowing there had to be more.

After becoming a mum, I realised how easy it is to pour so much into everyone else that you slowly lose connection with yourself, your confidence, your identity, the things that once made you feel like you.

I craved spaces where women could show up as more than “just a mum.” Spaces that felt uplifting, intentional, inspiring and genuinely connecting.

So I created Essential Woman.

Today, Essential Woman exists to bring women together through meaningful experiences, honest conversation, wellbeing, and real connection, for the woman who is intentionally choosing herself again.
