Essential Woman Event Policies

To ensure a smooth, elevated and enjoyable experience for all guests, please take a moment to review the following before booking.

Ticket Policy

All tickets are non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to this policy.
As each event is intentionally curated with limited spaces, materials, and venue commitments secured in advance, refunds are not available.

Ticket Transfers

If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to another woman.
Please email info@essentialwoman.co.uk with her name at least 24 hours before the event so we can update the guest list.

​

No-Shows & Late Cancellations

If you’re no longer able to attend, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
Repeated no-shows without notice may result in removal from future bookings to maintain the integrity of the experience for other guests.

Event Experience

Essential Woman events are designed to be supportive, respectful spaces for women reconnecting with themselves beyond motherhood.

We ask all attendees to be mindful, present, and contribute to a positive environment.

Event Changes

Essential Woman reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the event format, timing, or setup if needed to deliver the best possible experience.

A Respectful Space

This is a supportive, welcoming environment. We ask all members to be kind, considerate, and respectful in all interactions, both online and in person.

Aligned Conversations

This space is centred around identity, growth, wellbeing, and connection. We encourage conversations that align with this and add value to the community experience.

No Self-Promotion

To protect the integrity of the space, self-promotion, unsolicited selling, or recruitment is not permitted within the community.
