Do I need to bring a friend?

No, most women attend alone. Our events are intentionally designed to be welcoming and relaxed so it’s easy to connect with others.

Are your events business networking events?

Not in the traditional sense. Essential Woman events focus on connection, conversation and community for women and mums rediscovering themselves. Some women may run businesses, but the environment is relaxed rather than formal networking.

Do you offer refunds?

As spaces are limited and events are planned in advance, tickets are non-refundable.

Can I transfer my ticket?

To keep things organised and ensure attendee details are accurate, we don't accept ticket transfers.

Whatever makes you feel good. Essential Woman events are relaxed but many guests enjoy dressing up a little.
