I didn’t start Essential Woman with a plan.
I started it because of how I felt.

After becoming a mum, something shifted.
I looked fine on the outside but felt disconnected from myself.
I was showing up for everyone else but didn’t know where I fit anymore.

I wanted more, connection, meaningful friendships, space to be me again.
But I couldn’t find it. So, I created it.

Essential Woman is the space I was searching for where women come as they are and leave feeling like themselves again.

Founder

I created Essential Woman from a place of knowing there had to be more. After stepping into motherhood, I realised how easy it is to lose parts of yourself, your identity, your confidence, your sense of direction. Essential Woman was built for the woman who refuses to stay there. Now, I create spaces where women can reconnect with who they are, build real connections, and step into the next version of themselves, intentionally.

Meet Zoe

Host

Zoe brings warmth, presence, and a natural ability to make women feel instantly at ease. She understands what it means to be in a season of changem, and creates space for women to show up as they are, without pressure. Her energy helps turn a room of strangers into meaningful conversations and genuine connection.

Meet Gwen

Host

Gwen creates calm, grounded environments where women can slow down and reconnect with themselves. She values depth over surface, and brings a thoughtful, intentional presence to every event she hosts.

Her focus is simple, to ensure every woman leaves feeling seen, supported, and more connected to who she is.
